Personal Care is provided to families by our caregivers who are certified Personal Support Workers (PSW). Seniors need personal care for different reasons. Either they are recovering from an injury, they need companionship for few hours a day, the family caregiver needs some respite from taking care of their loved one or it could be a situation where senior is cognitively declining suffering from dementia and needs memory care.

Our goal for in-home hospice care is to help loved ones move beyond hospice, as we believe the worst is behind them. Our specially trained caregivers attend to both the emotional and spiritual needs of those in their care.

Does the price include taxes?

Yes price is taxes included.

Is there a contract or fixed term for the service?

No. You can cancel service anytime by giving 24 hours notice.

What is the difference between $25/hr plan and $35/hr plan?

The caregivers/PSW are the same. The quality of service is the same. The primary difference is that for $25/hr plan you are committing to minimum 8 hours per visit and all 7 days a week. In the hourly plan of $35/hr, the minimum visit is 4 hours with flexibility for you to pick frequency of visit per week.

Will I receive the same PSW caregiver every time?

Yes, as long as you have requested the service 4 or more days a week.

Does your PSW caregiver speak my language?

English is the first language for all our PSW caregivers. Some of them speak other languages. However, we don't guarantee a specific language-speaking caregiver. We can certainly check and get back to you on this.

Do you provide the PSW caregiver service 24 by 7?

Yes; our PSW caregivers are available 24 by 7.

How much time would it take for you to get started?

Once you sign up for the service, we do the nurse health assessment in 2 days and start the PSW care in another 3 days. Sometimes we expedite the start date depending on urgency.

What is it about your service that is different from others?

Apart from certified and experienced Personal Support Workers (PSWs); we send daily care report to families. The care is supervised personally by Nurse Maya. Read more ABOUT US HERE

After the certification, what's next?

Start your entrepreneurial journey

Work as a Foot Care Nurse visiting homes, retirement facilities, and long-term care centres.
By doing Foot Care Course with us, you are guaranteed a steady stream of clients, whether you work with us directly, at a retirement facility, a long-term care home, or a home care agency.
After completing our Foot care course, nurses typically charge between $75 to $80 per session, with seniors requiring follow-up appointments every 6 to 8 weeks.
Completing 50 foot care sessions each month can generate an additional $4,000 or more in income, supplementing your regular job as an RPN or RN.
