All Licensed Practical Nurses (LPNs), Registered Practical Nurses (RPNs) and Registered Nurses (RNs) that are in good standing with CNO College of Nurses of Ontario are eligible to apply for this certificate program
Applicants must submit a valid photo identification document. Acceptable forms of ID include a Driver’s License, Passport, or Permanent Resident (PR) card.
Nurses need to provide proof of liability insurance, which can often be demonstrated through membership with professional organizations such as the WeRPN (Registered Practical Nurses Association of Ontario) or the RNAO (Registered Nurses' Association of Ontario). This insurance is essential for protecting the nurse against potential legal claims.
While optional, submitting proof of Covid-19 vaccination is encouraged.
Applicants must provide proof of vaccination for Hepatitis B and a negative TB test result.
A mandatory requirement, this check ensures that the applicant has a clear criminal record, particularly in relation to working with vulnerable populations.
If you do this course part-time along with your work; it will take about 4 to 6 weeks to finish both theory and clinical placement together.
The fees is $2,999 including theory and in-person clinical placement. With this fees, you get 2 sets of foot care tools and reading material included in the fees.

Once you decide that you want to go ahead with the program; email a copy of your documents listed here.Once we receive a copy of your documents and verify them; we will contact you asking you to fill out the registration form and pay the fees.
All clinical placements are in person under the supervision of the course director Maya. We invite you to Long Term Care Home and Retirement Home locations closest to your home and as per your availability. We offer clinical placements in North York, Scarborough and Markham
We invite you for 3 full days of clinical placement. If you are only available half day then you can come 6 half days to finish your clinical placement. Each day, you get to do 5 to 7-foot care by yourself under the supervision of course director Maya.
Yes; you can pay the fees in 2 installments. 50% at the registration and the remaining 50% before the start of your first clinical placement.
Yes, we help you with making an application for a Nursing Education Grant (NEI); however, we don't guarantee the approval of the grant as it is approved by the government. In the past, all of our students have received the grant.
You need to be registered in good standing with the College of Nurses of Ontario (CNO).
Registration on an ongoing basis. You can register and start the program any week that you are ready.
The CNO Registration number is mandatory; the remaining documents you can submit later after starting the program.
We don't guarantee a job after the program. However, if you perform well in the program, we may offer you a part-time position to work with us as a Foot Care Nurse. We have offered part-time jobs to our graduates in the past.
Yes you get a program completion certificate after the program. However, your license to practice is always with the College of Nurses of Ontario (CNO)
Mix of both. Theory part is online where we give you a paper book and online reading material for you to read at home in your free hours after work. The clinical placement is in-person for 4 days; where we invite you to come to a retirement home or a Long Term Care Home.

After the certification, what's next?

  • By doing Foot Care Course with us, you are guaranteed a steady stream of clients, whether you work with us directly, at a retirement facility, a long-term care home, or a home care agency.
  • After completing our Foot care course, nurses typically charge between $75 to $80 per session, with seniors requiring follow-up appointments every 6 to 8 weeks.
  • Completing 50 foot care sessions each month can generate an additional $4,000 or more in income, supplementing your regular job as an RPN or RN.
